\u662f\u4e00\u4e2a\u5168\u7403\u6027\u975e\u8425\u5229\u7ec4\u7ec7\uff0c\u65e8\u5728\u63a8\u52a8\u94dd\u4ea7\u4e1a\u94fe\u7684\u53ef\u6301\u7eed\u53d1\u5c55\uff0c\u8986\u76d6\u4ece\u91c7\u77ff\u3001\u51b6\u70bc\u3001\u52a0\u5de5\u5230\u56de\u6536\u5229\u7528\u7684\u6574\u4e2a\u4ef7\u503c\u94fe\u3002\u4ee5\u4e0b\u662f\u5173\u4e8eASI\u7684\u5173\u952e\u4fe1\u606f\uff1a<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>\u6210\u7acb\u80cc\u666f\u4e0e\u76ee\u6807<br>\u6210\u7acb\u65f6\u95f4\uff1a2012\u5e74\u7531\u56fd\u9645\u73af\u4fdd\u7ec4\u7ec7\u3001\u94dd\u4e1a\u516c\u53f8\u53ca\u793e\u4f1a\u56e2\u4f53\u5171\u540c\u53d1\u8d77\u3002<br>\u6838\u5fc3\u76ee\u6807\uff1a<br>\u4fc3\u8fdb\u94dd\u7684\u8d1f\u8d23\u4efb\u751f\u4ea7\u3001\u91c7\u8d2d\u548c\u7ba1\u7406\u3002<br>\u51cf\u5c11\u94dd\u4e1a\u5bf9\u73af\u5883\u548c\u793e\u4f1a\u7684\u8d1f\u9762\u5f71\u54cd\uff08\u5982\u78b3\u6392\u653e\u3001\u8d44\u6e90\u6d6a\u8d39\u3001\u4eba\u6743\u95ee\u9898\u7b49\uff09\u3002<br>\u63a8\u52a8\u5faa\u73af\u7ecf\u6d4e\uff0c\u63d0\u5347\u94dd\u7684\u56de\u6536\u5229\u7528\u7387\u3002<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>ASI\u7684\u6838\u5fc3\u5de5\u4f5c<br>a. \u5236\u5b9a\u53ef\u6301\u7eed\u6027\u6807\u51c6<br>\u7ee9\u6548\u6807\u51c6\uff08Performance Standard\uff09\uff1a\u6db5\u76d6\u73af\u5883\u3001\u793e\u4f1a\u3001\u6cbb\u7406\uff08ESG\uff0959\u9879\u51c6\u5219\uff0c\u5305\u62ec\uff1a<br>\u6e29\u5ba4\u6c14\u4f53\u51cf\u6392<br>\u751f\u7269\u591a\u6837\u6027\u4fdd\u62a4<br>\u52b3\u5de5\u6743\u76ca\u4e0e\u793e\u533a\u5173\u7cfb<br>\u53cd\u8150\u8d25\u4e0e\u900f\u660e\u8fd0\u8425<br>\u76d1\u7ba1\u94fe\u6807\u51c6\uff08Chain of Custody Standard\uff09\uff1a\u786e\u4fddASI\u8ba4\u8bc1\u7684\u94dd\u6750\u6599\u5728\u4f9b\u5e94\u94fe\u4e2d\u53ef\u8ffd\u6eaf\u3002<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<p>      b. \u8ba4\u8bc1\u4f53\u7cfb<br>     \u4f01\u4e1a\u8ba4\u8bc1\uff1a\u77ff\u5c71\u3001\u51b6\u70bc\u5382\u3001\u52a0\u5de5\u4f01\u4e1a\u7b49\u53ef\u901a\u8fc7\u7b2c\u4e09\u65b9\u5ba1\u6838\u83b7\u5f97\u8ba4\u8bc1\u3002<br>    \u4ea7\u54c1\u8ba4\u8bc1\uff1a\u786e\u4fdd\u7279\u5b9a\u94dd\u4ea7\u54c1\u7b26\u5408ASI\u53ef\u6301\u7eed\u6027\u6807\u51c6\u3002<br>    \u8bc1\u4e66\u6709\u6548\u671f\uff1a\u901a\u5e38\u4e3a3\u5e74\uff0c\u9700\u5b9a\u671f\u590d\u5ba1\u3002<br>    c. \u591a\u65b9\u5408\u4f5c<br>     \u8054\u5408\u653f\u5e9c\u3001\u4f01\u4e1a\u3001NGO\u7b49\u63a8\u52a8\u884c\u4e1a\u653f\u7b56\u4e0e\u6280\u672f\u521b\u65b0\u3002<br>    \u5b9a\u671f\u53d1\u5e03\u884c\u4e1a\u62a5\u544a\u4e0e\u6700\u4f73\u5b9e\u8df5\u6848\u4f8b\u3002<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol start=\"3\" class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>\u4e3a\u4ec0\u4e48ASI\u91cd\u8981\uff1f<br>\u94dd\u4e1a\u7684\u73af\u5883\u6311\u6218\uff1a\u94dd\u751f\u4ea7\u80fd\u8017\u9ad8\uff08\u5360\u5168\u74031%\u7535\u529b\uff09\u3001\u78b3\u6392\u653e\u91cf\u5927\uff08\u5360\u5168\u74032%\uff09\u3001\u6d89\u53ca\u94dd\u571f\u77ff\u5f00\u91c7\u5bf9\u751f\u6001\u7684\u7834\u574f\u3002<br>\u5e02\u573a\u9700\u6c42\u9a71\u52a8\uff1a\u82f9\u679c\u3001\u5b9d\u9a6c\u7b49\u4f01\u4e1a\u627f\u8bfa\u4f7f\u7528ASI\u8ba4\u8bc1\u94dd\u6750\uff0c\u4ee5\u7b26\u5408ESG\u8981\u6c42\u3002<br>\u653f\u7b56\u5408\u89c4\uff1a\u52a9\u529b\u4f01\u4e1a\u5e94\u5bf9\u6b27\u76df\u300a\u51b2\u7a81\u77ff\u7269\u6cd5\u89c4\u300b\u7b49\u76d1\u7ba1\u8981\u6c42\u3002<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>ASI\u7684\u5168\u7403\u5f71\u54cd<br>\u6210\u5458\u4e0e\u8ba4\u8bc1\u4f01\u4e1a\uff1a\u5305\u62ec\u529b\u62d3\uff08Rio Tinto\uff09\u3001\u7f8e\u94dd\uff08Alcoa\uff09\u3001\u8bfa\u8d1d\u4e3d\u65af\uff08Novelis\uff09\u7b49\u5de8\u5934\uff0c\u4ee5\u53ca\u82f9\u679c\u3001\u53ef\u53e3\u53ef\u4e50\u7b49\u4e0b\u6e38\u7528\u6237\u3002<br>\u8986\u76d6\u8303\u56f4\uff1a\u622a\u81f32023\u5e74\uff0c\u5168\u7403\u8d85\u8fc7200\u5bb6\u4f01\u4e1a\u901a\u8fc7\u8ba4\u8bc1\uff0c\u6d89\u53ca\u94dd\u4ea7\u91cf\u5360\u5168\u7403\u7ea630%\u3002<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>\u52a0\u5165ASI\u7684\u76ca\u5904<br>\u63d0\u5347\u54c1\u724c\u58f0\u8a89\uff1a\u83b7\u5f97\u56fd\u9645\u8ba4\u53ef\u7684\u53ef\u6301\u7eed\u6027\u6807\u7b7e\u3002<br>\u964d\u4f4e\u98ce\u9669\uff1a\u907f\u514d\u56e0\u73af\u5883\u6216\u4eba\u6743\u95ee\u9898\u5f15\u53d1\u7684\u6cd5\u5f8b\u4e0e\u58f0\u8a89\u5371\u673a\u3002<br>\u5e02\u573a\u51c6\u5165\uff1a\u6ee1\u8db3\u5ba2\u6237\u5bf9\u53ef\u6301\u7eed\u539f\u6750\u6599\u7684\u9700\u6c42\uff0c\u5c24\u5176\u662f\u6c7d\u8f66\u3001\u7535\u5b50\u3001\u5efa\u7b51\u7b49\u884c\u4e1a\u3002<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>\u6311\u6218\u4e0e\u4e89\u8bae<br>\u8ba4\u8bc1\u6210\u672c\u9ad8\uff1a\u4e2d\u5c0f\u4f01\u4e1a\u53ef\u80fd\u9762\u4e34\u8d44\u91d1\u4e0e\u6280\u672f\u95e8\u69db\u3002<br>\u6267\u884c\u900f\u660e\u5ea6\uff1a\u90e8\u5206NGO\u8d28\u7591\u5ba1\u6838\u6807\u51c6\u7684\u4e25\u683c\u6027\u3002<br>\u533a\u57df\u4e0d\u5e73\u8861\uff1a\u4e3b\u8981\u8ba4\u8bc1\u4f01\u4e1a\u96c6\u4e2d\u5728\u53d1\u8fbe\u56fd\u5bb6\uff0c\u53d1\u5c55\u4e2d\u56fd\u5bb6\u53c2\u4e0e\u5ea6\u8f83\u4f4e\u3002<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<p>\u603b\u7ed3<br>ASI\u901a\u8fc7\u6807\u51c6\u5236\u5b9a\u4e0e\u8ba4\u8bc1\u4f53\u7cfb\uff0c\u63a8\u52a8\u94dd\u4ea7\u4e1a\u94fe\u5411\u66f4\u73af\u4fdd\u3001\u66f4\u793e\u4f1a\u8d23\u4efb\u7684\u65b9\u5411\u8f6c\u578b\u3002\u5c3d\u7ba1\u5b58\u5728\u6311\u6218\uff0c\u4f46\u5176\u5728\u4fc3\u8fdb\u5168\u7403\u8d44\u6e90\u53ef\u6301\u7eed\u7ba1\u7406\u65b9\u9762\u5177\u6709\u6807\u6746\u610f\u4e49\u3002\u5bf9\u94dd\u4e1a\u76f8\u5173\u4f01\u4e1a<a
